Q: Will RevaLink map and monitor links from all countries?
A: We strive to offer the most complete coverage available, and currently that coverage is roughly 85% of global geos. RevaLink covers all Tier 1 and Tier 2 geos, with very few exclusions, mostly in Africa and countries formerly of the Soviet Union. We are working with our technology partners to constantly increase/expand coverage.
Q: Will RevaLink monitoring and automation work with my network’s platform?
A: If your network is running on HasOffers or AffTrack, then yes – integration is a snap! Our team will have your RevaLink dashboard up and running quickly. If you are running on any other platform such as CAKE, Affise, Offerslook, etc., integration will take a bit more time but assuming that your network has an API feed available with the fields our system requires, we can most likely get you up and running in short order.
Q: Does RevaLink work with all links?
A: Most all tracking/redirect links can be mapped, with some exceptions. Those exceptions are few and far between and when we encounter them, our developers are usually able to identify the block and remove it quickly. If you encounter a particular advertiser whose links you see are not mapping in your RevaLink dashboard, please email support@revalink.com with details including the advertiser name, offer ID(s) and 2-3 sample tracking url’s from that advertiser for our team to investigate.
Q: How often will RevaLink check my network’s links if I have an automated monitoring plan?
A: How often RevaLink checks your active links is up to you. In your selected pricing plan, you will see that you are allowed a fixed number of monthly queries included in the base price. So, depending on how many active campaigns you want to monitor, you can select the frequency accordingly. Overages are charged at the amount listed in the pricing plan details.
